Do you need a car in the French Caribbean and French Guiana?
In Martinique and Guadeloupe, it is strongly recommended: public transport is limited and a car lets you reach the most beautiful beaches and sites. In French Guiana, it is very useful for exploring around Cayenne (Kourou, Kaw, the coast).
Can I pick up the car at the airport?
Yes, airport pick-up (Félix-Éboué, Aimé Césaire, Pôle Caraïbes) is possible through our partners. Just provide your flight and your times.
What budget should I plan for?
Expect on average 35 to 60 €/day depending on the category and the season, more for a van or in high season. Book early for the best rates.

What documents do I need?
